Online Counselling for Trauma, Self-Worth, and Emotional Overwhelm
You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
If you’ve landed here, it’s likely because you’re exhausted from trying to hold everything together.
Maybe you’re high-functioning on the outside but quietly struggling inside—feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or like you’re never quite enough.
You might be longing for clarity, relief, or a deeper connection with yourself.
Whatever brought you here—welcome. You’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Cindy.
I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor-Candidate with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT) and a Counselling Therapist with the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA).
I work with adults (ages 18–65) who are navigating a wide range of life transitions and challenges. My clients are often deeply caring, self-aware individuals who have simply reached a point where doing it all alone isn’t working anymore.
Why I do this work
Like many of my clients, I know what it’s like to live with CPTSD, ADHD, and an avoidant attachment style. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, to trust someone, or to believe that real healing is possible.
This isn’t just a profession for me—it’s personal. My own healing journey fuels my passion for creating a space that is grounded, nurturing, and safe for you to show up exactly as you are.
My approach
Therapy with me is relational, intuitive, and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you're at—with deep compassion and no judgment.
Our work together is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered, meaning you remain in charge of your healing process.
I integrate a variety of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Somatic Therapy
Person-Centred Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Narrative Therapy
Whether you’re carrying childhood wounds, burnout, cultural disconnection, or invisible grief—there is space here for all of it.
Inclusive. Affirming. Safe.
I proudly offer compassionate care to adult individuals and strive to ensure that my online space is inclusive, culturally aware, and welcoming of all identities, bodies, and lived experiences.
Therapy is for everyone—especially those who’ve historically been excluded or silenced in systems of care.
Therapy from the safety of your own space
All sessions are offered virtually, so you can access support from wherever you feel safest—your home, your car, your office, or that quiet little corner you’ve made your own.
You don’t have to wait until things get worse.
You’re allowed to reach for more peace. More ease. More wholeness.
And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk beside you.
