Hi, I’m Cindy, a warm, down-to-earth counsellor offering online therapy for women in Alberta and BC.
Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck—high-functioning on the outside but quietly overwhelmed inside. Together, we create a safe, grounded space to unpack what’s been too heavy to carry alone.
My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Person-Centred Therapy to help you reconnect with your emotions, strengthen your boundaries, and build lasting self-worth.
I know firsthand that healing takes courage. Living with CPTSD, ADHD, and avoidant attachment patterns taught me how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and supported. That experience shapes the way I hold space—with compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for your pace and story.
All sessions are virtual, so you can access support from wherever you feel safest—your home, your car, or your favorite quiet spot.
